This is a very strong story. I enjoyed it very much. It drew me in and I became emotionally involved with all the characters! Sam seems to have the perfect life, nice big house, lots of money but she's lonely. New neighbors, the Garrett's, are a loud and large family who are not as financially well off as Sam's. She watches from her window for years wondering what it would be like to be part of a family like that, until one day she meets Jase Garrett and the two begin a romance. There's an event that changes things in both their lives but they work through it. While I don't know how realistic the outcome is, I felt the story ended very well and I was happy. Overall, a great read and I would recommend this book!
